Beauregards opened its doors to the dining public in May of 1995 on Jordan Lane. At first the restaurant was very small, only about 1000 sq ft and sat only 40 customers. After opening, the word quickly spread about the little restaurant on Jordan Lane that served the best chicken wings around. As our popularity increased, so did our need to expand. So in 1996 and in 1997 we expanded the Jordan location. In March of 1999 we opened the University Drive location. Then in 2003, the Airport Road locaion opened. And now in 2006, we will be opening our Hwy 72 location.

In 2005, the Alabama Board of Tourism named Beauregard's Habanero Hot Wings as "One of the 100 Dishes to Eat in Alabama Before You Die."
